Project Goal
The First Baptist Church wanted to create an extensive personality test for their members. With this survey, they wanted to provide the participant multiple results based on there responses to the survey questions demonstrating strengths and ways to help the organization. They also wanted an easy way for administration to keep track of survey submissions.
Project Solution
We worked together to create a custom LimeSurvey portal and survey. Upon review of several different survey platforms, LimeSurvey provided the access and documentation necessary to customize a solution. Implementation required a custom module and base PHP extension to provide the ability for multiple results provided to the survey participant. Members are able to fill out a 100-question survey and instantly receive feedback and results based on their responses.
